TWA takes all of my methods and principles from my 1-on-1 program, but delivers this in a slightly more automated group setting, allowing a lower entry price, however still ensuring your success by providing an incredible interactive nutrition strategy, monthly training program delivered in an APP and support of hundreds of ladies in the FB group (including my ✅✅✅ #GREENTICKGIRLS system).

4.6kg down and my shape still shocks me. I haven’t been lower than 2400 calories. Started at 2700 reverse to 2900. And maintained over Christmas.

When I started with Ash my maintenance calories were 1200 which I’m sure you can imagine was awful eating so little. In the first picture I was on 1200 calories and in the second photo I am on 2200 calories. I am down approx 2kgs from when I started but as you can see from the graphs my body composition has dramatically changed, all while eating more foods! My relationship with food has been healed and I will never be a yo-yo dieter again. I was a typical yo yo dieter and had worked out in the gym previously doing cardio but due to no results, I had completely stopped training altogether. Well, I did it!! It took me just over 12 months, 2 reverse diets and 2 fat loss phases, but I no longer have a "weight loss" goal!!!  According to my body scans (just another piece of data), I'm down 12kgs and I'm under 20% body fat.  During the last 12 months I've seen some weight spikes, I've seen my weight stay the same on occasion during fat loss phases when I expected it to drop immediately, but I've also seen amazing results!  It took time, and more importantly, it took patience, but I'm 36 this year and have never felt this lean, strong or confident in my whole life!! Training

You receive a complete training program, delivered to you via an APP on your phone so that all you have to do is open the APP when you’re ready to train, and follow the interactive step-by-step program.

There’s a home training program, a gym training program – and yes you get BOTH!

All exercises have video tutorials to show you the correct technique, and you can track your weight lifted + reps, so that next time you train you can see where you left off and know exactly where to start again.

Each month a new program is uploaded to the APP, and is designed to ensure you continue to progress and don’t plateau.

If you find there is an exercise programmed that you are not able to complete, then simply choose from the optional ‘swap-out’ movements that are provided for each exercise.

Nutrition

You will receive the last nutrition strategy you’ll ever need.

I call this my MAGIC SPREADSHEET and that’s exactly what it is! This will map out your entire journey from where you are now until you get to your goal.

Exactly how much to eat (protein + calories) every day / week until you hit your goal.

Just follow the strategy until you hit your goal – it’s really that simple.

AND the best part is – you can re-use the strategy over and over as your goals change because you will 100% hit your goal and need a new one! No more setting the same exact goal over and over again.

How much is it?

It’s $100 a month, with a minimum 3 months / 12-week commitment to start with.

After you’ve completed the initial 3 months / 12 weeks with me, you can stay on for the same $100 a month / 4-week block and you can then opt-in or out month by month.

When do I pay?

You can join now to secure your spot and your first payment of $100 will be debited on 29th May, then you pay the remaining 2 x $100 payments at weeks 4 and 8 of the program (26th June & 24th July).

How do I know if this program is right for me?

TWA takes all of the best parts of my 1:1 coaching and delivers it in a super easy to understand and automated group setting, which has allowed me to keep the price down.

If FLFM is either not affordable, or full, but you still need clear direction in both training, nutrition, education, and accountability to allow you to achieve your goals OR you don’t need a super high level of support, then Train with Ash is for you.

Is there any accountability?

First and foremost I have designed my MAGIC SPREADSHEET specifically to help with accountability + keeping you on track. The ✅✅✅ system could not be any easier, and it really is a one-of-a-kind system.

You will have access to me inside an amazing Facebook sisterhood – where you can post in the weekly LIVE Q&A, or just pop a post up at any time.

Can I train from home, gym or both?

Train With Ash has both a gym-based program and a home-based program.

The home-based program is based on a set of 20kg adjustable dumbbells. So you won’t need an entire home gym to do my program and you can generally find the adjustable dumbbells for a little as $50.

You have access to both the gym and home programs, and you can even swap and change between them from workout to workout if you please, as often as you like.

A bonus HOLIDAY workout program is included too with a resistance band being the only this you’ll need!

Can I get results if I workout from home?

The answer is yes – during 2020 we had hundreds of ladies set up a home gym and decide to train from home. Many of the TWA still do and have had some incredible results.

While the 20kg adjustable dumbbell set will get you through the 12 weeks – you may need to add additional weight plates as your strength progresses.

What if I am a beginner?

There are also beginners on this journey….

What equipment is needed?

I do suggest at minimum a pair of 20kg adjustable dumbbells to get started.

When does the program start?

The start date for this program is 31st May 2021

Can I start earlier?

While this program isn’t a 1:1 program I am still very hands-on and only allow a very limited amount of people into my programs to keep my level of service to you high – due to this there is no space for me to open spots earlier. Although there is an opportunity to get a kick start inside my free 5-day challenge starting just a few short weeks earlier.
