What you get

Each week we roll out a training + education guide into the Facebook Group. I give you guys time to digest this and then ask as many questions as you can think of. And then I answer them in the group in a Facebook LIVE!
The Facebook group is where we communicate as a group. This is where we discuss our education and training, we share our success and our struggles – but it’s all super positive and brings together the very best of a totally personalised program, along with an encouraging and intimate group culture.

With everyone’s body being different, and facing different challenges or barriers along the way – every week I track your compliance, performance, nutrition, progressive overload, training, bodyweight, measurements and more – so that I can give you the personalised support where you need it most.

You work with me personally. I look over your data weekly (or more often). I design your customised nutrition strategy, your customised training program, AND I hold your hand along the entire journey..
If you are easily overwhelmed, feel like you need very close individual support and accountability from me closely looking at your data each week and proactively re-assuring you or helping you improve in areas that you need additional focus in. Then FLFM is 100% the best way to go.
Short answer – YES.
During 2020 we had many ladies that had only ever trained either at a gym or in a circuit class-based environment, that suddenly found themselves forced to improvise. AKA home training.
The equipment needed is as little as a set of 20kg adjustable dumbbells, with dozens of ladies able to achieve incredible transformation with nothing more than this – however being a customised program we can utilise additional equipment that you may have already, or wish to purchase.

I run 3 of these programs per year, which is generally Feb / June / September.

Due to the popularity of my programs, and how hands on I am personally with my clients – there is no space for me to open spots earlier. Although there is opportunity to get a kick start inside my free 5 day challenge starting just a few short weeks earlier which really kicks starts your education and journey in the right direction.
The answer to this question is really the start of you actually getting results. Often times ladies spend so much energy focusing on losing weight short term, that they are sacrificing losing weight medium / long term, or even ever.
I have ladies that are in their 40s and have been dieting since their teens. 20+ years of dieting. And never hitting their goal, or being able to stay there.
We do not focus on losing the MOST weight possible in 12 weeks. We focus on what is your goal, and what’s the strategy that will be us there the quickest BUT what will keep us there MORE IMPORTANTLY.
The easy part is to get the weight off (halve your calories and double your training) the hard part, or the part that I teach you is how to keep this off. FOREVER.
Yes. I have many trainers and PT’s complete this program. And every single time I get some kind of feedback along the lines of ‘I learnt more in your program than I did when I did my PT certificate.
FLFM is $110AUD per week for 12 weeks (total $1,320AUD).
You pay $110 deposit to secure your spot, which is used as your 1st week’s payment, and then you pay $110 per week during the program for the remaining 11 weeks.
People spend their entire lives waiting for the perfect time. The reality is the time is almost never right.
This program WILL NOT be around in it’s current form forever. The total number of ladies was reduced in the February intake, and this is expected to reduce again in further intakes simply due to this being such a hands on program run completely by ME.
Don’t put it off waiting for the time to be PERFECT. That mentality could be the thing stopping you from hitting your goal.
