My life used to revolve around 1200 calorie diets and hopping from one 8-week challenge to the next, losing weight and then gaining it back over and over. I thought this was all normal and that it was my fault for not being able to stick to the diet meal plan.
BUT then after becoming educated, I realised this approach was not moving me closer to where I wanted to be... it was actually moving me further away, which is why I'll teach our TWA community our science backed approach that will allow for lifelong results and sustainability!
